From Đưng K'Nớ, a remote village of the K'Ho people in Vietnam's Lam Dong highlands, this Catimor arabica is yellow-honey processed at 1,500m. Sourced directly at the farmer's gate to reward the K'Ho community for their care. Dark chocolate, almond, and a creamy body — heavy and low in acidity.
