A natural Yirgacheffe from Mr. Berhanu Kurse, who farms twelve hectares in the village of Gotiti with his children alongside him. Dried whole on raised beds, it comes up full of amaretto and spice, fresh cherry, a twist of dried citrus. Tangy, sugary, and traceable to one name — the way Ethiopian coffee should be.
