This vibrant coffee comes from the Pampojilá estate near Lake Atitlán, grown high up at 1,300–2,000 meters. It’s a microlot we love for its bold, fruit-forward character. The cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness, then fermented without oxygen for over 100 hours—bringing out juicy flavors and a deep complexity.
Expect notes of cherry, raspberry, honey. It’s full-bodied, with bright citrus acidity and a clean, lingering sweetness.
