Dung K'No Vietnam
This specialty coffee is grown by the K'Ho people, an ethnic minority in Đưng K'Nớ village, 40 km from Dalat in Vietnam’s Lam Dong province. The K'Ho, a matriarchal community, have embraced sustainable coffee farming while preserving their traditional culture. Cherries are carefully hand-picked, quality-checked, and fully traceable to each farmer and harvest day. Pampojila Guatemala
This vibrant coffee comes from the Pampojilá estate near Lake Atitlán, grown high up at 1,300–2,000 meters. It’s a microlot we love for its bold, fruit-forward character. The cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness, then fermented without oxygen for over 100 hours—bringing out juicy flavors and a deep complexity. Expect notes of cherry, raspberry, honey. It’s full-bodied, with bright citrus acidity and a clean, lingering sweetness.

Java Indonesia
Surrounded by volcanoes and lush forests, the Blawan coffee plantations provide the perfect environment for cultivating high-grown Arabica coffee. Covering approximately 3,000 hectares, this region is entirely dedicated to coffee production. The estates are state-owned and have a rich history dating back to the Dutch colonial era, when these and four other plantations were originally established for coffee cultivation. For generations, local families have farmed this land, demonstrating deep care and commitment to the plantations. Their knowledge has been carefully passed down, resulting in well-maintained, mulched soils and expertly pruned coffee trees. Cup Characteristics: Sweet, clean and complex, with notes of cinnamon, chocolate, sweet tobacco, grape and tangerine. Nice body, balanced, great aftertaste.
